COOL RIGHT?!? okok. i gotta sign off now. HAVE A NICE DAY, NYCO!! (:
sheila!
A recording and a live performance proved to have vast differences; even in the resonating memories stored in my mind. The mistakes were the same; yet obviously abberations prevailed. What was thought of, was that the sight provoked the sound. Chance upon a recording, and perhaps imagine the live performance before.

hey nyco dont be sad(:
okay even though im sad but lets not be sad!
anonymous says:
Missing someone gets easier everyday because even though you are one day further from the last time you saw them, you are one day closer to the next time you will.
so dont be sad! look on the bright side!
Decided to blog today for NYCO again.
The last performance with our seniors was yesterday. The Nanyang Chinese Orchestra glittered and shone, blinding the audience with the spirit and the hope binded together. I personally thought that it was great and we did much better in the Nanyang Family Concert than our own NYCO concert. We improved during these few weeks to achieve such a result.
Teargates were opened yesterday. The seniors started to tear and think back upon the memories when times were so fine and wonderful. The door was momentarily closed, they are going to take another step towards a greater future. Hugs were shared and railway tracks of fun and joy left their marks on nearly on every faces. The glittering Sec 4s, the mark and impression will be always left on the hearts on every junior and NYCO member.
In order to be happy, look at the door that has opened for you, for another better and brighter future, instead of looking at the door that has closed for you, in order for the other door to open.
hello im the anon ghost back to liven up this poor blog):
and no, im not that ego pro.
anon ghost sounds like ego ghost i know, but nonono im not her. who wants to be her man(:
LALA now for some emo stuff
sec 4s!!)': so sad. i want them back!!
although i havent spent lots of time in dazu (one year), id never ever forget how the sec 4s helped us little sec ones with our first songs and subsequent ones. i know you all found it boring with that xiqing, like how we will find playing jinshekuangwu with the sec 1s this year, you all made dazu fun and enriching. we looked forward to dazu every thurs as a result.
a few months before the concert, the standardof the orchestra was not very good. instead of blaming us, you encouraged and helped us improve, thus on the concert day, the seniors who came back to watch said that we had improved tremendously since the last time.
the days we have spent in co together, we'll never forget you, dear sec 4s! we will work hard to maintain the name you have made for nyco. we WILL get gold with honours!!!
you lived through all the syfs, concerts, performances. NYCO LOVES YOU DEAR SEC FOURS!! (x
dont ever forget us. come back often!!

anon GHOST. lalala.
Decided to blog today for NYCO.
Nanyang Family Concert is coming in around 1 week time, and after that seniors will not be in dazu anymore.
Time flies quickly. For the Sec 3s, we have been spending our past 3 years with our Sec 4 seniors. And the times that we spent in NYCO are going to be beautiful memories soon in a short 1 week. The memories of enjoying our NYCO concert, the memories of preparing for SYF, the memories of dazu and xiaozu. We only come to learn to cherish something when they are lost, or when they are going to be lost. The Sec 4 seniors are going to study for their exams soon, and leave for HCI with soaring wings.
Did you remember the times with your seniors? Did you remember how we shared the sweet and the bitter? Or was it gone with the colours of the wind?
In this 1 week left with the seniors in NYCO, cherish the time before we find it too late to be able to cherish them. Tears did not shed freely at NYCO concert, *as for the people I saw*. Will it be flowing fast and free on the Nanyang Family Concert? Or will we be smiling and wishing all the best to our seniors future endeavours?
On a more happy note, jia you for the Nanyang Family Concert! It's going to be get better each passing dazu! Jia you! We can do it ok?
Days go by bit by bit; minutes fly away by a flap of the wind. Alas, it had been over. The few hours of glory seen on stage; the few months of hardwork behind it. The tears shed; perspiration shared, all account that didnt come too sad. Not my first concert, not my first chinese orchestra concert, but definitely my first stance with NYCO. Singapore Conference Hall didnt seem that remote after all, standing on the wooden stage was my homegrounds with my family. Where art thou reminiscene, by the fairest of the metal mounds. We made it, NYCO.
It's all over now. The blues are here. Struck and stuck. If you still linger in your precious memories and dwell in the valley of glee, you're not alone, because others do too. (: The family concert's next, what's more for us to strike our notes again and chance upon the musical stars? And shine brightly under the supposed dim harnesses, and let our music take the light.

Hello NYCO.
It's tomorrow. I am scared. But excited at the same time.
It's going to be my first and last concert in NYCO, and this is the same case for all the Sec 3s. I really really really really really, hope that it'll be a wonderful performance.
(:
NYCO, jiayou for tomorrow. :)
YILING.
